Q.Imagine you are your own supervisor. What changes would you make at your job and why?

If i were my own supervisor I would make the shop run a lot smoother. I would have the right amount of products coming in and not to many not to less. I would have a more organized work space where everything has its own space becuse things get lost a lot around the futon shop. I would have the customers treated very well all delieveries made my customer choice and have them delievered on time.
